Hi Product Hunt! I’m Rakhie, the maker of OrderSaathi.
In India, a huge number of small businesses run entirely on WhatsApp. Orders come in as chat messages, payments come in on UPI, and the “system” holding it together is usually memory, screenshots and a notebook. Orders get missed, payments go unchased, and invoices rarely get sent at all.
I built OrderSaathi to fix that without asking sellers to learn new software. It sits inside WhatsApp Web, so you can:
