We built Order Rules to help Shopify merchants control when and how many orders they accept.
Many stores have limited production capacity, fixed business hours, limited stock, or custom fulfillment rules. But Shopify does not give merchants an easy way to manage these order limits directly.
Order Rules helps merchants set store hours, daily order limits, product limits, collection limits, and customer-based purchase limits. This makes it easier to prevent overselling, manage capacity, and avoid taking orders that cannot be fulfilled on time.
