OpsHome NOC
Smart alerts with clear explanations for homelab and NAS
Monitor public websites and private homelab services from a native iPhone app — no port forwarding needed. Free: HTTP/HTTPS, TCP, SSL & domain expiry via cloud. Includes a public status page. Pro: Deploy a 6MB Docker agent (Synology, QNAP, Unraid, Raspberry Pi, Proxmox, Linux). Monitor internal services on private IPs — outbound HTTPS only, your firewall stays closed. Push notifications on both plans.
Why I built this:
As an IT engineer who kept getting woken up in the middle of the night by SSL certificate expiry or domain expiration alerts, I got fed up with the existing monitoring tools — either too expensive or too clunky to use. So I decided to build one for myself.
What makes it different:
OpsHome isn't just another website monitoring tool. What makes it special is the ability to remotely manage all your cloud monitoring tasks right from your phone, anytime, anywhere. More importantly, we've put real effort into deep UDP port monitoring (DNS/NTP) to verify true server availability — something many similar products on the market simply don't offer.
Our promise:
This is my first product as an indie developer, and I know trust matters the most. That's why the free tier already includes HTTP/HTTPS/TCP and SSL certificate monitoring, no strings attached. I genuinely hope you'll give it a try and share your honest feedback here — every piece of advice will be carefully considered.
Built this because I wanted one app for both public-facing services and my internal homelab — with real iOS push
notifications, not a web dashboard.
Free tier covers cloud-based checks (HTTP/HTTPS, TCP, SSL, domain expiry) plus a public status page. Pro adds a
private Docker agent for your LAN — 6MB Go binary, outbound HTTPS only, works on Synology, QNAP, Unraid, Raspberry
Pi, Proxmox, and any Linux machine.
No port forwarding. No reverse proxy. Nothing exposed to the internet.
