The core mechanic started as a thought experiment: what if you were in the room 10 seconds before Churchill came to power? Before the shot in Sarajevo? Before Armstrong stepped off the ladder? Could you guess what was about to happen, just from the atmosphere?
Each scene is deliberately immersive - present tense, sensory details, no anachronistic hints. The goal is that even if you get it wrong, you learn something real.
