Hey, Gabriel here, Okado co-founder. This started with a question I couldn't stop thinking about: why do people know exactly what they should do, but still don't do it? I went deep into books about habits, mindset and human behavior trying to understand that, and somewhere along the way I realized the tools I was using to track my own habits were part of the problem. They were cold, mechanical, and completely ignored the psychology behind why habits actually stick. So I spent three months building something different. Something I'd actually want to open every morning. The core idea is that habits don't live in isolation. They influence each other, they have weight, they form a rhythm. When you see them together as a circle and that circle starts to shine with consistency, breaking a habit feels like breaking something you built, not just missing a checkbox. And instead of streaks that reset and punish you for being human, Okado tracks integrity, your consistency over time, honestly. I use it every single day. It's the first thing I check in the morning. Would love to hear what you think, especially if you've ever started a habit tracker and quietly abandoned it two weeks later.
