Notifit is a niche fitness app that mainly targets being able to privately track your physical progress. As an athlete myself, having reminders and being able to visualize how close I was to my goals is very important; having my data stored locally on my phone and synced through my google account instead of being saved in a database I could never access was also something that I valued. I really believe in this apps potential and have already gotten much feedback and would appreciate more.
Hey. I just published Notifit a few weeks ago and was hoping that I could get organic feedback from the community. I currently am a teenager who dreams of being an entrepreneur in the future and learning how to make great products that people want is very important to me. Thank you and I wish you the best of luck with your products.
Love that the data stays on my phone with google sync instead of some locked database, gives me real control over my progress. The reminders are simple and actually helpful without feeling spammy.
Love that the data stays on my device and syncs through my own Google account instead of some server I have no control over. The progress visualization hit closer to home than I expected, especially seeing weekly trends pop up right after a workout.
Congrats on the launch, sounds like a solid concept with the local storage approach. One thing that would really help me is adding a way to export progress charts as images or PDFs so I can share them with my coach without handing over the whole app. Would make the private tracking setup way more useful in practice.
honestly love that the data stays local and syncs through google rather than living on some server you can't reach, that local-first approach is a really thoughtful choice for a fitness app and kind of rare honestly
Love that you went with local storage synced through Google instead of locking data behind your own server. That level of respect for user data is rare and honestly the biggest reason I would actually trust this with my training logs.
Love that you went with local storage synced through Google account instead of a walled garden database, that kind of user-owned data approach is rare for fitness apps and it shows real respect for the people using it.
Love that it keeps everything local and only syncs through your own Google account. The progress visualization feels clean and motivating without feeling like the app is shouting at you.
love that everything stays local on the phone and syncs through google instead of living on some server you can't reach. as someone who's paranoid about my training data, that privacy-first call is honestly the reason i'd try it first.
Love that the data stays on your phone and only syncs through your own Google account, that alone makes me trust it more than most fitness apps. One thing I'd really want is the ability to add custom measurement types beyond the basics, like grip strength or jump height, so I can track everything in one place instead of bouncing between apps.
Love that you kept the data local with Google sync instead of locking it behind some server I can never touch. That alone makes it worth trying for anyone serious about tracking their progress privately.
