NotaVox records what you say and turns it into a note you can actually use. Record from iPhone or Apple Watch, no phone in reach needed. Apple Intelligence pulls out a summary, decisions, action items and open questions. Everything runs on the device: no server, no account, nothing uploaded. Timestamped transcript, merge recordings, import audio, PDF export. One purchase, no subscription, no ads.

Top comment

I built NotaVox because every voice recorder I tried either sent my meetings to a server or stopped at a raw transcript. It does the on-device part of Apple Intelligence: transcript, summary, decisions, action items, open questions. Nothing leaves the iPhone; the minutes are generated locally on iOS 26 and later. It also records from the Apple Watch with no iPhone in reach, merges several recordings into one note, and imports audio from other apps. Happy to answer anything about how it handles long recordings or the Watch side.
