Nomback gives an independent restaurant its own iPhone and Android ordering and rewards app, under their name in the App Store. Customers order and pay in the app, earn stamps, and get free items the owner picks. Orders print in the kitchen or land on the owner’s Clover already paid. $99 a month, no commission, versus the 25 to 30% DoorDash takes. Type any restaurant’s name on nomback.com and see its app in about 10 seconds.
I built this after watching a pizzeria I know hand DoorDash 30% on orders from people who live three blocks away. Most of those orders are regulars. So the restaurant gets their own app, their name, their logo, and a QR code in every DoorDash bag with a free slice for downloading it. The stamp card keeps them ordering direct. First one live is Anthony’s Pizzeria in Allentown, PA. Yesterday I got it connected to Clover so orders show up on the register already paid. Solo, no funding. Happy to answer anything.

Who hunted Nomback?
Nomback was hunted by Daniel Lomonaco. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
