I built NEXT to solve this. It’s built around the "Neural Buffer Protocol". You dictate into a local buffer, edit the text (manually or via local Ollama models), and then insert the perfect result with a quick hotkey.
Oh, and the best part? It is 100% offline. Air-gapped. Private. Your voice data shouldn't be sent to the cloud just to write an email or code snippet.
