Nexa Flow
Visualize, simulate, and debug JavaScript execution.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm an independent developer, and I'm excited to introduce NexaFlow, one of my most ambitious projects yet!
I built NexaFlow around a simple idea: What if developers could actually see how their code thinks?
Instead of mentally tracing execution through hundreds of lines, NexaFlow breaks JavaScript into interactive nodes, simulates execution, tracks variables, and visualizes their behavior through execution waterfalls and heatmaps.
One of my favorite milestones was getting NexaFlow to analyze its own source code—generating over 1,000 interconnected nodes and tracking more than 1,100 execution events.
This project combines my passion for software engineering, debugging, reverse engineering, and intuitive UI design.
It's still evolving, and I'm developing it independently. My long-term vision is to make complex software easier to understand, debug, and build.
I'm also open to software engineering opportunities where I can bring this same ambition and problem-solving approach to a team.
I'd genuinely appreciate your feedback!
What features would make NexaFlow useful in your development workflow?
Thanks for checking it out!

About Nexa Flow on Product Hunt
“Visualize, simulate, and debug JavaScript execution.”
Nexa Flow was submitted on Product Hunt and earned 2 upvotes and 1 comments, placing #150 on the daily leaderboard. NexaFlow goes beyond traditional visual programming by turning existing JavaScript into interactive, executable node graphs. Unlike typical flowchart tools, it combines source-code parsing, sandboxed simulation, execution tracing, variable watchpoints, and spectrum-style activity heatmaps. Developers can visualize complex logic, track variable changes, investigate bugs, and build or export functions visually—all within one integrated environment.
Nexa Flow was featured in Design Tools (263.5k followers), Developer Tools (521.6k followers), GitHub (41.4k followers) and Data Visualization (3.7k followers) on Product Hunt. Together, these topics include over 169.3k products, making this a competitive space to launch in.
Who hunted Nexa Flow?
Nexa Flow was hunted by Keegan LaBrot. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
