Sourced neighbourhood facts for home buyers in India

Hi Product Hunt, Roopam here
While hunting for my first flat in Bengaluru, I realised most of what I knew about an apartment came from the seller, plus YouTube influencers and ChatGPT checklists. None of it gave me real confidence about such a big investment.
Many of the answers are public, but they're spread across many government and public sites that are slow, inconsistent and often down. After checking four or five things on different portals, you start to feel you've researched the area enough, even though you've covered only a fraction of what matters.
So I built Neighborhood Intel to put it all in one place. Click any address in Bengaluru, Delhi or Pune to see flooding, water, power, air quality, schools, crime, RERA records and what's nearby, all from government and public sources.
The part I care about most: every figure shows its source and date, and is marked Reliable, Caveat or Unknown. If public data can't answer a question, the app says so. For example, Bengaluru's water board doesn't publish supply schedules, so instead of guessing, the app tells you that data doesn't exist.
Some government data lags by months or even years, and the app shows how old each figure is. But for a home you'll live in for ten years or more, the long-term pattern matters more than last week's numbers: does this area flood every monsoon, and how deep is the groundwater?
It's free with no sign-up, and it's a non-commercial side project.
Two questions for you: which city should I add next, and what do you wish you'd known about your neighbourhood before you moved in?

Who hunted Neighborhood Intel?
Neighborhood Intel was hunted by Roopam Garg.
