I built MyFatCalc for people who want a quick, practical body fat estimate without creating an account or sending
personal body measurements to a backend.
Most body fat calculators either feel outdated, push one formula, or don’t explain what the result means. MyFatCalc
lets you choose the method that matches the measurements you have:
- CUN-BAE for a quick height / weight / age estimate
- U.S. Navy for tape-measure estimates
- BMI as a simple baseline
- Jackson-Pollock 3-site for skinfold tracking
It also shows body fat category, lean mass, BMI, and target weight ranges. You can switch between metric and imperial
units, compare methods, and share a result link without exposing your raw measurements.
This is not medical advice, and it is not a replacement for DEXA or a clinician. The goal is to make body composition
tracking easier, clearer, and more private.
