Hey Product Hunt,
We built MuninX for the stage where customer support has become too important for a shared inbox, but the team is not ready for an enterprise support suite.
A lot of small teams need the basics done well: emails become tickets, every ticket has ownership, customers are easy to find, and the team can see response and resolution metrics without setting up a support-ops project.
MuninX does that with practical ticketing, customer and team management, reporting, and AI-assisted replies. The AI side is intentionally human-controlled: agents can generate drafts, improve replies, and use approved web sources for context, but people still review and send the response.
We are not trying to replace every mature help desk feature. MuninX does not have live chat or a knowledge base today. If those are central to your workflow, a broader suite may be the better fit. Our focus is email-first teams that want a clean support queue, useful reporting, and pricing they can explain in one sentence.
Pricing is simple: one human agent is free forever, additional human agents are EUR 9/month, and AI-assisted agents are EUR 17/month.
