Mnara lives in your menu bar and tells you exactly what's happening with your Mac in one click. I shipped 14 versions over 3 months β fixing bugs, adding inspectors for CPU, RAM, Network, and Disk, and making it as beautiful as I could.
The hardest part: fan RPM on Apple Silicon M4 is completely inaccessible to sandboxed apps. Spent 2 weeks on it. Sometimes you ship without the feature.

activity monitor is the app i open at 11pm to figure out why my fans sound like a 737. the menu bar approach is the right shape for it. one ask β does it surface cpu temp + fan rpm? istat has it, but istat hasn't shipped a real refresh in years.
