We kept seeing the same pattern: people download a focus app, use it for a week, then ignore it. The problem isn't the person — it's that every app relies on motivation. Motivation is a mood. It runs out.
Mindset takes a different approach. When you're in a session, restricted content is structurally unavailable. There's no decision to make. You just work.
The school product is what I'm most excited about right now. Teachers trigger enforcement with a QR code. Students scan it. Their phones block social media for the duration of class — automatically, no manual configuration per student. Attendance is recorded as a side effect.
