I built Meetlo because I kept running into the same problem scheduling tools either cost too much or get in the way. Calendly is great, but for freelancers and small teams, the price doesn't match what you actually get.
I wanted something dead simple. You share a link, someone books a time, done. No unnecessary features bloating the experience. The AI piece came in naturally I wanted it to handle the annoying parts of scheduling automatically so you never have to think about it.
The approach evolved a lot. I started just wanting a cheaper alternative, but the more I talked to people, the more I realized the real frustration wasn't just price — it was that existing tools feel built for enterprise, not for the person running their own business.
