Hey Hunters 👋 I'm Mohit, maker of Maffs.
I've spent way too long staring at calculators. They all felt the same — cold, beige, allergic to explaining themselves. So I built the one I actually wanted on my home screen.
The heart of Maffs is the Nerd — a small, witty AI math friend that sits right inside the app. Ask anything in plain English. It answers, shows its working, and chats back like a clever friend who happens to love numbers.
Around the Nerd, I packed in everything I keep reaching for: a proper Graph mode, Statistics, Finance, Unit Converter, Formulas, Chains (linking calculations like notes), a Teach Me mode for step-by-step breakdowns, a Daily Challenge with streaks, plus voice, camera & home-screen widgets when you need them.
Mostly though, I obsessed over how it *feels* — typography, motion, the little haptic ticks, the way the Nerd reacts. I'd love it if you opened it just to play.
iOS only for now (Android is on the list). Honest feedback very welcome — especially "this should look/feel different."
