MacViewPro
Free, keyboard-first image viewer for Mac, IrfanView-style
Preview is great for one image, but weak at moving through a folder. MacViewPro brings IrfanView’s workflow to a native Swift/Metal Mac app: open one image, then flip through the whole folder with Space/Backspace. No import, no library. Single-key shortcuts (rebindable), 12 window fit modes, pixel grid past 800%, undoable edits, batch convert/resize/rename, support of RAW,JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, HEIC, WebP, AVIF, PDF, BMP and ICO. Free, no account, no telemetry, images stay local.
IrfanView was the one App I still miss since switching to Apple (a long time ago). So I decided to build a native macOS app specifically around the IrfanView workflows (as a hobby project, non-commercial. It's not a clone, but similar to the original in many ways). It’s called MacViewPro: https://www.macviewpro.com
It’s free, lightweight, supports folder navigation and the familiar IrfanView-style shortcuts. I’m the developer, and this is the first public release. Feedback, bug reports and feature requests are very welcome!

MacViewPro was hunted by Dominik Thomann. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
