Live Face Swap
Real-time AI face swap for creative webcam moments
Live Face Swap is building real-time AI webcam transformations in your browser. Explore human, anime-inspired, and full-character looks for creative skits, role-play, character rehearsals, and short performances. The planned flow combines reference selection, webcam setup, live preview, and start/stop controls on one page, without a desktop installer. Coming soon: browse the workflow and official model examples today; live processing, recording, and external integrations are not yet available.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm building Live Face Swap to make exploring a new on-camera character feel as simple as opening a browser tab.
The idea is to give creators a single place to prepare a reference, set up a webcam, and eventually preview an AI transformation while performing. It's for people experimenting with a character-led skit, rehearsing dialogue, trying an anime-inspired persona, or planning a short creative performance.
The experience I'm working toward follows three steps:
1. Choose a clear reference portrait that you own or have permission to use.
2. Enable your webcam and check your lighting and framing.
3. Start the transformation, explore expressions and head movements, and stop from the same page.
Keeping the reference, camera, and result together is a central design goal. I want creators to spend more time trying a performance and less time navigating setup screens. The project also explores looks that can change more than a face, including hair, clothing, and the overall character.
What you can explore today: a preview of the planned workflow, preparation guidance, and examples covering human, anime-inspired, and full-character transformations. Those examples come from the model provider and are not results generated by this website.
Live Face Swap is currently coming soon. Public webcam processing, recording, and external output are not available yet. OBS, virtual-camera output, and video-call integrations still need development and compatibility testing. There is no confirmed public launch date or final pricing.
Clear camera controls and permission to use a likeness are priorities for the experience. Use your own or an authorized reference, and let your audience know when AI changes an appearance.
I'd love feedback from creators: what would you make first, and which part matters most to you—choosing a character, previewing expressions, or saving a short clip? Your examples will help shape what I build next.
