LinkedForge: 40+ Free LinkedIn Tools
The LinkedIn toolkit you'll actually use. 100% free.
I built LinkedForge because I was tired of paying subscription fees for LinkedIn tools that did one thing each. 40+ free tools: CV generator (10+ templates, PDF), post builder, headline optimizer, banner maker, cover letter generator, job tracker, salary research, profile analyzer, content calendar, outreach templates, and more. Everything runs in your browser. No signup. No data collection. Privacy-first. Works on mobile. Free forever.
Spent $20/month on a CV generator, $15/month on a LinkedIn post scheduler, another $15 on a banner maker. Three separate logins. Three separate bills. None of them did exactly what I wanted.
So on a weekend, I decided: what if I just built all of them myself?
That was 6 months ago. Now it's 40+ tools, completely free.
What's inside: • CV Generator (templates, PDF export) • Post Generator (hooks, timing suggestions) • Headline, Banner, Cover Letter makers • Job Application Tracker • Profile Analyzer, Skills Optimizer • Content Calendar, Hashtag Generator • Salary Research, Interview Prep • Connection Request Templates • 25+ more focused tools
Why free forever: • Not VC-funded (so no pressure to monetize) • It's a side project (so it stays honest) • Built what I needed → others found it useful → kept building • Zero trackers, zero data collection, zero signup required
The bet I'm making: Most people assume good tools cost money. They don't. They just need to solve one problem really well, not ten problems badly.
Happy to answer questions about: • The tech stack (React, Vercel, client-side only) • How a side project got to thousands of users • Why I'm not charging when I could be • What you'd actually want if you built this
