👉 How does your organization measure whether training actually improves job performance?
@Yasin Rahim the supervisor sign-off is the right instinct but it's also the part i'd worry about gaming - a supervisor who's busy or just wants to unblock someone can rubber-stamp an OJT sign-off without really watching the task closely. is there anything in the system that flags sign-offs that look too fast or too uniform across a supervisor's team, or is it fully trust-based once they click approve?
Been on Braincert for years and I love their continues updates. I've checked it out and this will definitely help some of my clients. Much love from South Africa!
measuring learning transfer is the part L&D teams have struggled with for decades, mostly because you need to see behavior change on the job weeks after the course, not just a quiz score right after. what's actually feeding the competency dashboard, is it self-reported or tied to real performance data from managers?
