I'm Gokul - 19, solo dev, built this alone over the last few months.
The thing that started this: motion designers charge atleast $1k for a 30-second explainer that takes them two days in After Effects. If you can't afford that, your options are a Canva template that looks like every other Canva template, or nothing.
So I built Klyve. You type a prompt, seven agents split the work (script, storyboard, animation logic, render), and what comes out is a video that doesn't scream "made by AI."
The part that took longest to get right, for anyone who's technical: I don't let the LLM write animation code directly. Free-form code generation for video looks bad, because there are too many decisions happening at once - scene structure, timing, hierarchy, all fighting each other. Instead every agent outputs structured data against a fixed template, and the template does the actual animating. Less flexible on paper. Way better output in practice.

A custom brand kit option would be huge, letting users upload their own fonts, colors, and logo so the finished videos actually match their brand without needing extra editing.

Having seven agents work in parallel is a smart approach, but it'd be really helpful if you could pause and edit the script mid-run before the storyboard agent locks everything in. Sometimes a line lands slightly off and being able to tweak just that one piece without restarting the whole pipeline would save a ton of time.
fed it a rough prompt for a product explainer and got back something way closer to finished than i expected, honestly the storyboard step alone saved me a ton of back and forth

Tried a 30-second promo with it and honestly the storyboard came back closer to something I'd actually approve than I expected. The animation is a bit stiff but still way better than dragging through After Effects myself.
Love this idea, motion design has been a huge bottleneck for our team. One thing that would be a game changer is letting me upload our brand kit once (logos, fonts, colors) and have every video automatically match. Right now even with great output I'd still have to manually rebrand each piece.
