Hey Product Hunt, I built Klemly because the existing support-chat tools felt too expensive and too heavy for small teams. The idea is simple: create a website, train the AI on your content, copy one script tag, and ship a support widget that can answer real customer questions without inventing things. What Klemly does today: - Trains on URLs, PDFs, and pasted text - Answers from your own content using retrieval - Auto-detects visitor language across 13 languages - Captures leads before chat - Flags frustrated conversations - Lets a human jump in from the dashboard - Gives each site its own widget key and embed snippet - Starts free for 100 chats/month The product is intentionally small and open-source. I am not trying to rebuild Intercom feature-for-feature. I want Klemly to be the fast, honest, affordable option for founders, agencies, and small businesses that need useful support chat this week. I would love feedback on three things: 1. Is the onboarding clear enough? 2. What would stop you from putting this on a real site? 3. Which integration should come first: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or WhatsApp? Launch deal: first 100 Pro users get 50% off forever. Thanks for checking it out.

One thing I'd love to see is a way to set custom tone rules or brand voice presets, like "friendly and casual" or "formal and concise." Right now the responses feel a bit generic, and being able to dial in the vibe per site would make it blend way more naturally with the brand it's sitting on.

One thing that would make this a no-brainer for my team: a Slack or Discord notification when a visitor gets escalated to a human. Right now I'd have to keep the dashboard open all day to catch the handoff.

the escalation logic is honestly the standout detail here, basically admitting "i don't know" instead of hallucinating an answer is exactly what most AI widgets still get wrong

Dropped a training URL on my small blog and the answers came back surprisingly accurate in seconds, even in a couple of languages I tested. The escalation cue for frustrated users feels really thoughtful for a solo setup.

Would love to see a quick way to review what the bot got wrong each week, like a dashboard of unanswered or low confidence questions, so I can spot gaps in my training content and improve it without digging through every chat manually.

The escalation flow to a human instead of guessing is a really thoughtful touch, since most AI widgets just keep hallucinating when they're unsure.

Klemly was hunted by Yoseph. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
