Kizmo
QR codes that never go dark, with scam-sticker alerts
Free QR code generator with codes that never expire, plus dynamic codes that keep working even if you stop paying, tamper alerts when a code gets covered, and a free QR safety checker.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Junayed, and I built Kizmo.
Two things kept coming up when I read reviews of QR code services. Businesses print codes on menus and signs, a free trial ends, and every printed code stops working until they pay. And scammers now put fake QR stickers over real ones on parking meters and restaurant tables; the FTC warned about exactly this in September.
So Kizmo does two things:
1. Your codes keep redirecting on every plan, even if you cancel. It's in our terms.
2. Kizmo learns how often each code is normally scanned. If a busy code suddenly goes quiet, you get an alert to go and check it, because that's usually a sticker.
The generator and the QR safety checker are free with no account. Dynamic codes are free for 3, with no card.
I'd love feedback on one thing in particular: what would make you trust a QR code enough to pay with it?

Kizmo was hunted by Muhammad Junayed. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
