Hey, maker here! This is my first Product Hunt launch, so genuinely a little nervous and a lot excited to have this out in the world.
I built Kernel because I had the classic problem: hundreds of saved links, folders I never opened again, articles I knew I'd saved somewhere but could never find when I actually needed them. It started as a personal fix more than a grand plan.
The core idea: paste a link into a simple chat, and it reads the page and distills what matters — a title, a summary, the right category. Later, you just ask for it back in your own words, no exact titles needed.
This is a solo build, mostly shaped through a lot of back-and-forth with Claude Code, and it's still early. I'm sure there's plenty I've gotten wrong or haven't thought of yet. I'd genuinely love to hear what's confusing, what's missing, or what you'd want from something like this that isn't here. That's exactly the kind of feedback that shapes what I build next, so please don't hold back.
