I’m the maker of Order & Liberation. For 30 years, I have worked as an educator. In my profession, "Reason" and "Order" are everything. I had to be a calm, logical pillar for my students, often at the expense of my own raw emotions. I kept my true feelings—anger, frustration, and even deep joy—locked away to maintain that professional mask.
I realized I wasn't alone. So many of us live in this gap between our rational exterior and our intense interior.
I created this app as a "1-minute digital ritual" to bridge that gap.
What happens inside the app:
The Kaleidoscope: Your suppressed emotions aren't "bad"—they are just energy. This app transforms that energy into beautiful, symmetrical patterns.
The 3-Step Process: We move from Recognizing the feeling, to Releasing it through touch, and finally Integrating it as a part of who we are.
Lightness: My goal is to help you live a "lighter" life by turning internal chaos into visual harmony.
