ItemProof helps you create simple signed receipts when you give, receive, lend, sell, return, or drop off items.

Top comment

Hey Product Hunt! I built ItemProof because many everyday exchanges happen without any real proof. You lend someone a camera, sell something locally, hand over keys, drop off a device for repair, or return equipment — and later it can become unclear what was handed over, when, in what condition, and to whom. ItemProof makes that moment simple: take photos, add condition notes, capture a signature, save the date and details, and export everything as a clean PDF receipt. It is intentionally small and practical. No complex contracts, no business delivery workflow, no external backend. Just a fast iOS utility for creating proof when items change hands. I’d love your feedback on the use cases, pricing, and what proof details you would want included in the receipt.
