Ordinary folder permissions can’t stop them, because these tools run as you. IronVault changes that. Every file you place in the vault is sealed on its own, so any app that peeks inside sees only scrambled data. Opening a document takes your fingerprint, file by file, so no software can approve itself on your behalf, and unlocking one file never exposes the rest. A built-in Dashboard shows exactly which programs asked for your files and what you decided. Your tax returns, medical records, contracts and personal notes deserve a place AI can’t wander into.
