Why Did i build Invven ?
All the invoicing inventory software available on the market was built at silicone valley and not by a real user in a company for 26 years .
we needed unlimited inventory with phone scanner
we needed hidden part numbers and trade pricing
we needed inventory Ai search by hidden part number, name , item
we needed invoicing special with lots of features
take a photo and photo will quote instantly
voice to job
Ai receptionist
Built for tradies, love that. One thing I'd find useful is a quick job costing summary at the end of each week, showing labour versus materials per job, so you can spot which ones are actually making money. Could probably pull that from the invoices and inventory data you already track.
Voice to invoice sounds genuinely useful for tradies who hate typing after a long day. One thing I'd love to see is a quick way to flag parts that need reordering right inside the invoice flow, so when something runs low the system pings you or adds it to a purchase list automatically. Would save a lot of "oh shoot, forgot to reorder that" moments on busy jobs.
The voice to invoice feature is genuinely smart for tradies who hate typing up jobs on site. Love that it came from someone who's actually run a trade business rather than someone guessing what the workflow should look like.

Who hunted Invven?
Invven was hunted by Invven. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
