app-review gates. For a power-user dictation tool, staying outside the walled garden is the product, not a limitation — full-strength hotkeys, on-device
MLX streaming, and deep integrations all ship uncut.
Second, on execution: I'm one person augmented by AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor), shipping a production native macOS app with on-device ML and
multi-provider cloud integration solo. If the thesis holds, the same lean model scales the roadmap far beyond what a solo founder could traditionally build.
