Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm the maker of IndexFlowing.
As an indie developer and website owner, I always struggled with SEO and search indexing. Submitting URLs manually is tedious, Google's Inspection APIs have strict quotas (2,000/day), and blindly pushing pages with 404s or "noindex" tags can actually harm your domain's reputation. Existing SEO tools are mostly heavy, expensive SaaS platforms.
I wanted something lightweight, deterministic, and fully under my control. So I built IndexFlowing using Rust and SQLite. 🦀
IndexFlowing is an open-core technical SEO and search indexing infrastructure. It runs a 4-stage automated pipeline:
1️⃣ Discovery: Stream-parses your XML sitemaps to find all assets.
2️⃣ SEO Gate: Pre-flight local audits to intercept broken pages, canonical mismatches, and AI bot blocks (GPTBot, ClaudeBot).
3️⃣ Indexing Radar: Cross-verifies live indexing status via Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster APIs (using 0-quota bulk analytics where possible).
4️⃣ Active Push: Submits validated, unindexed URLs directly to Bing IndexNow and Google Indexing API with smart rate-limiting.
It’s incredibly lightweight (idle memory < 50MB) and everything from the core engine to the UI is open-source on GitHub.
