Hi, I'm building IL Co.
The problem: when someone goes on leave, switches teams or gets reassigned, the why behind the work is spread across Slack threads, Linear issues and PRs. The information exists. The context doesn't.
IL Co reads those three and drafts the handoff: what's in flight, decisions and why, open risks, next steps. Every line links to its source. Anything it can't support is marked Unknown instead of guessed. The author approves before anything is shared.
It's early. I'm opening 10 founding pilot teams (5 to 50 engineers on Slack, Linear and GitHub) at $99/month flat for 3 months.
