Finally something that does not lock the auto DM feature behind a pricey tier, and the flat pricing actually makes sense if you run a few giveaways a month.
Built something similar for my own page and wish it had this. One thing that would save me a ton of time is a built-in A/B test for the first DM message so you can see which reply wording actually drives more link clicks or sales.
Would love to see a built-in A/B testing feature so we can test different DM messages and track which ones convert better. Right now I have to guess which copy performs best, and that feels like a big missing piece for optimizing campaigns.
Finally tried this on a small launch post and the DM with my link fired almost instantly after someone commented, way smoother than other bots I've poked at. Flat pricing is a nice change too.

Would love to see a way to customize the delay between comment and DM send, so the reply feels a bit more natural and less instant. Could be a simple slider in the automation settings.
A small thing that would really help - let us set different auto-replies based on which post or story triggered the DM, so we can tailor the message to the specific campaign context. Right now it seems like one generic reply goes out for everything.
Finally tried the free plan and the setup was way easier than I expected, just connected my IG and picked a comment trigger and it worked on the first post I tested.
