Would love to see a calibration tool where the hiring manager can rate a few sample scorecards before the AI starts scoring real candidates. That way the ranking reflects what that specific team actually values, not just generic weights.
honestly the AI interview thing sounded gimmicky but the scorecard actually broke down each answer with citations to what the candidate said, which kind of won me over.
One thing I'd love to see is a way to compare candidates side by side in a structured matrix view, with the evidence clips or quotes pulled right next to each scoring category. Right now I'm flipping between tabs and it gets messy when I have five strong finalists.
honestly the evidence-backed scoring is a really cool differentiator. one thing i'd want is a way to compare candidates side by side with their scorecards and interview clips lined up, kind of like a spotlight view, so it's easier to make the final call when you're down to the last two or three people.
The AI interview feature actually surprised me, it asked sharper follow-ups than half the humans I sat through last quarter. Liking that it leaves room for our own interviewers instead of forcing the whole pipeline into one box.
