Hi Product Hunt — I built Hirelix after watching technical sourcing start the same way every time: a recruiter opens too many tabs, manually searches profiles, then pastes fragments into ChatGPT to compare candidates and draft messages.
The key difference is simple: ChatGPT analyzes the candidates you bring it. Hirelix finds the candidates, evaluates the pool against your JD, and delivers evidence-backed profiles ready for outreach.
Paste a real client JD and Hirelix runs the workflow: sourcing passive candidates, evaluating the pool role by role, surfacing matching evidence and risks to verify, and preparing personalized outreach drafts. It does not automatically contact anyone—the recruiter stays in control.
