Control your Mac from iPhone, iPad or another Mac. Headroom is a Screen Sharing client: remote access with nothing to install on the Mac, no account, no server in between. On iPhone Duo it changes with every pose: half open, Mac on top, keyboard below.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Haru from MusicFlow.
Headroom started as a way to keep an eye on an AI agent working on my Mac from the sofa, and to step in when it needs me. It connects straight to the Screen Sharing that is built into macOS, so there is nothing to install on the Mac, no account to make, and nothing of mine in between: the screen and your input travel only between your own devices. With Tailscale it works away from home too.
iPhone Duo ships today, and Headroom has been ready for it since 1.3.0:
- Half open like a laptop: your Mac on the upper screen, the control bar just above the fold, the keyboard on the lower screen. The keyboard comes up by itself when you fold.
- With a hardware keyboard in that pose, the whole lower screen becomes a panel of large keys.
- Fully open, your Mac fills the inner screen. Held like a book, the control bar moves to the side.
- Closed, the outer screen works on its own.
- Nothing is drawn across the fold.
It also runs on iPad and Mac, in 17 languages, and it is built with Metal so the picture stays smooth.
I'd love to hear how you reach your Mac today, and what you would want from it on a folding phone. I'll be here all day.
i just use the built in screen sharing when im away from my desk, nothing fancy. for a folding phone id want it to remember which half was the keyboard last time instead of resetting

Who hunted Headroom?
Headroom was hunted by Haru. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
