Hi Product Hunt, I'm Jan-Philipp, and I build Hazelchat on my own in Germany.
Start with the free check: enter your website at hazelchat.co/check. It reads up to eight public pages, suggests the questions a buyer is likely to ask, and shows for each one the passage that answers it, or that your pages don't. No account needed. You can then ask up to five questions to an agent that answers only from those pages.
Who it's for: businesses whose visitors ask the same things before they buy, book or sign up, and whose website already holds most of the answers. Studios, agencies, SaaS, shops, local services.
How it answers: you choose the pages, files and written answers it may use, test it privately and publish a version. Each answer shows the passage it came from, and every number, name, date and link in it is checked against that passage before a visitor sees it. If your content doesn't cover a question, it says so and offers your contact link or an enquiry form, and the question lands in a list you can answer once.
What's free: the check, and the Free plan: 50 answers a month on one website, no card. Only answers backed by your sources count; tests, handoffs and "I don't know" are free. Paid plans start at €39 / $39 a month.
Honest limits: it's a website agent, not a live-chat inbox or helpdesk. No WhatsApp or phone. It reads text from public pages, not pages that need JavaScript to show their text, and not scanned PDFs. Retrieval can still miss an answer that's on your site, so test before you switch it on. It's hosted in Germany with a DPA, but it has no SOC 2 or ISO certification.
It installs with the WordPress plugin, the Webflow app, the Framer plugin, the Wix app, the Joomla extension or one script tag.

I like the honesty to say 'I don't know', instead of hallucinating a wrong answer. Does it work in English only, or also other languages?
