GutLedger started because every IBS and FODMAP tracking app I tried wanted me to create an account, sync my food and symptom data to their servers, and either nag me for a subscription or sell my data to advertisers. For something this personal, that didn't sit right.
So I built the version I actually wanted to use:

- Log food, symptoms, stool (Bristol Scale), mood, sleep, meds and water in seconds.
- Trigger analysis after a couple of weeks of data surfaces the foods and patterns most associated with your symptoms.
- Guided FODMAP elimination diet with a structured reintroduction phase.
- One-off Pro unlock for the analysis and elimination tools. No subscription, no ads, no upsells.
Built solo for iPhone and Android. Pay once, own forever. Works on a plane, and if you delete the app your data goes with it.
