I built GroundWorkPM after managing properties on spreadsheets for too long. Every tool I tried was designed for the US or UK — wrong currencies, missing workflows, and expensive plans that didn't make sense for landlords in emerging markets.
So I built one that actually fits: multi-currency (KES, USD, GBP, AED and more), owner invoicing for letting and management fees, a no-login tenant portal, Airbnb + long-term rental tracking in one place, and daily email alerts so nothing slips through the cracks.
It's a PWA — installs on your phone in seconds, no app store needed.
