I built GetYourCV because I kept seeing the same frustrating pattern: resume builders advertised as “free,” but after you spend time creating your resume, you’re asked to pay just to download the PDF.
I wanted to build something different — a really free resume builder where creating and downloading your resume is genuinely free.
What started as a simple Resume Builder has gradually evolved into a much more complete tool. Today, GetYourCV includes AI to help write and improve resume content, review your CV, and tailor it to a specific job, along with customizable ATS-friendly templates and support for 20 languages.
There’s still a lot I want to improve, especially around AI review and job tailoring.
