Hey everyone
I’m the maker of GenPro, and I wanted to share why we built this.
We kept seeing the same problem across teams—RFPs are long, messy, and time-consuming. Most of the effort goes into just understanding the document, extracting requirements, and then manually stitching together responses from past proposals, documents, and scattered knowledge.
Existing AI tools helped with writing, but they didn’t really solve the core problem: understanding the RFP deeply and structuring it properly before writing begins.
So we built GenPro to change that.
Instead of starting with writing, GenPro:
Reads the full RFP document
Extracts and structures every requirement
Then generates a tailored proposal using your organization’s own data
During development, the biggest challenge was accuracy and completeness. Missing even a single requirement in an RFP can cost you the bid. So we focused heavily on making the extraction step reliable before layering proposal generation on top.
This is just the beginning—we’re working toward making RFP responses faster, more consistent, and less stressful for teams.
