Flowver brings clarity to BPMN and DMN reviews through full automation - it automatically posts a visual diff on every pull request so your team sees added, removed, and moved elements and properties at a glance. No setup or manual file upload required.
Reviewing BPMN changes has always been a headache. Even the smallest edit to a model creates a lot of noise, making it hard to spot the one change that actually matters. And spotting issues visually is always easier than reading through a huge XML diff.
There are web-based tools for visualizing BPMN diffs, but they all add manual work for the reviewer: download both versions, upload them to the tool, repeat after every new commit. Attaching diagram images to the PR has the same problem, they go stale the moment someone pushes again.
Flowver does this automatically (and more). It detects changes on every push and posts a link straight to your Pull Request. The reviewer just opens it and sees the visual diff immediately, no downloading, no uploading, always up to date.
You can also leave review comments directly on the model, and they sync straight back to your GitHub PR.
Coming soon: full model diff history, so you can see exactly what changed on any model, commit by commit, from the very beginning.
Would love a way to comment or start a thread directly on a specific element in the visual diff so reviewers can ask the author about that exact node without scrolling back to the PR description.
