I’m the maker of FlickBuddy a TikTok-inspired movie & TV discovery app built to help people spend less time scrolling streaming platforms and more time actually watching something good.
The idea came from constantly opening Netflix/Prime/Disney+, scrolling for ages, then either rewatching something or giving up completely 😅
FlickBuddy gives you a personalized feed of movie and series trailers that learns your taste over time. You can like, pass, save, mark watched, build watchlists, and search by mood or vibe, and the recommendation engine keeps improving based on your interactions.
