Project manager in Manchester, used to running construction projects where the brief, budget and timeline have to be agreed before anyone starts work. I built Fit3r because hiring a personal trainer works the other way round: you pick someone from a profile and hope they fit your goal. On Fit3r, clients post their goal and budget for free, and qualified coaches pitch exactly how they'd get them there. Clients compare real proposals and reviews, and coaches get clients who already know what they want. Building it one goal at a time.
