Like ChatGPT for meetings, “Ask Copilot” can search through your current or past meetings to answer questions and provide insights. ✉️ Pre-meeting briefs Be prepared for every meeting — even if you don't have time! Copilot can now produce an accurate summary of what was brought up in your last meeting, tell you what to focus on in your upcoming meetings, and provide a detailed summary of who you’re meeting with. This ensures you're prepared to meet, even if you didn’t have time to prepare. ⏺️ AI Meeting Notetaker Recording Rules Sometimes, you need an AI meeting notetaker, and other times you don’t. Fellow now allows everyone to have control over which meetings their notetaker joins, and which ones it doesn’t. This means that with Fellow, your notetaker will always be there when you need it, and will not disrupt a meeting when you don’t. 🎬 Recordings Library Channels Fellow makes it easy to make meeting recordings shareable, accessible, and organized. You can now add meeting recordings to channels, and make them accessible to not only attendees, but anyone else who might need to see what happened. You can create private channels that can only be accessed by invite, and public channels that can be accessed by anyone in your organization. ♾️ Meeting Guidelines Controls for Different Teams You're now able to provide custom meeting policy prompts to different teams in your organization. Not everyone works the same — for example, some teams need a no-meeting day, and others don’t. Ensure that every team has meeting policies that work for them, 🤖 AI suggestions for Salesforce fields Fellow’s AI Meeting Copilot automatic suggestions for Salesforce fields after sales reps have had a call with an account so important information is captured. Accept and upload these suggestions right from Fellow, ensuring Salesforce is up-to-date, but also saving rep time on tedious reporting work. 📝 Sales AI Recap templates Fellow’s human-level AI recaps have become even more personalized for Sales Teams, as you can quickly turn a general AI recap into one that pulls the exact information important to sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDIC and SPICED.
