I am currently a cardiology fellow, and previously medical resident for over 100 residents. It used to take me endless hours to come up with an on-call schedule each month. Tried multiple things, but it doesn't seems to solve the problem. Through this website, it is easy, fast and fair.
Would love a way to see who actually handled alerts last week, like a quick stat panel right in the dashboard. Right now I have to dig through exports to figure out workloads are balanced, and a built-in view for "alerts per person this month" would save me a ton of time.
One thing I'd love to see is timezone conflict detection that flags when a teammate is already on another team's rotation during overlapping shifts, so we don't accidentally double-book someone across departments. Would save us a lot of awkward swap messages.
Would be amazing if you could add a quick view of who is on-call this week right on the home screen without needing to click around. Also, a simple way to swap shifts with a teammate through a notification would save a lot of back and forth.
Punched in my team and got a fair rotation sorted in like two minutes, actually balanced the weekends better than i usually do by hand.
The fact that you can generate a schedule without even signing up is such a thoughtful touch. Makes it effortless to actually try before committing, which is rare for scheduling tools.
