Every day I watched the same chaos on the floor: walk-ins waiting without a clear order, staff arguing about whose turn it was, prices changing at the front desk, and tasks getting lost.
So we built Fair Flow. It runs the walk-in queue and fair staff turns, digital service tickets so clients know the price before they pay, floor requests like drinks, team tasks, schedule and time clock, all from the phone.
