I built Evikto after noticing that many quit-smoking apps focus mostly on counters, badges, and streaks — but not enough on the difficult moments when cravings suddenly hit.
Evikto is designed around those moments.
The idea is simple:
when the urge to smoke appears, the app provides a short “Shield” session intended to help the user pause, refocus, and get through the craving without immediately reaching for a cigarette.
