EventSheets is where academic events are published and run, in Arabic and English. Publishing is free: every conference, symposium or workshop gets a page, a place on the calendar and map, and a searchable archive. Organisers can then run it end to end: registration, paper submission, blind peer review by private link, sessions, QR check-in, badges, and PDF certificates anyone can verify. Nothing is taken from participants; the organiser pays once per event.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Abdulaziz, a professor of Arabic. For 25 years I've run Voice of Arabic, one of the oldest Arabic-language sites on the language. Organising academic conferences, I kept meeting the same problem: the tools are English-only, they take a cut of every registration, and none of them treats right-to-left text and the Hijri calendar as first-class
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Abdulaziz Alhomaid, a professor of Arabic philology and lexicology. For 25 years I've run Voice of Arabic, one of the oldest sites on the Arabic language, and I have sat on every side of academic conferences: submitting papers, reviewing them, and organising them.
The same problem kept coming back. Conference tools are built in English, for English. An Arabic conference run on them ends up with broken names, certificates in Latin letters, and a registration page its attendees cannot read, so most organisers fall back on WhatsApp, Google Forms and email.
EventSheets is built the other way round: Arabic and English are both native, right to left throughout, with Hijri and Gregorian dates side by side.
• Publish an event for free. It gets its own page, a place on the public calendar and map, and a searchable archive. • Run it end to end: registration, abstract and paper submission, blind peer review by private link (reviewers need no account), sessions and programme, QR check-in, printed tent cards and badges, and PDF certificates, each carrying a code anyone can verify. • Nothing is taken from participants. The organiser pays once per event, and until 25 November every service is half price.
I'd love your feedback, especially from anyone who has organised a conference in more than one language. What would you need to see before running your next event here?

Who hunted EventSheets?
EventSheets was hunted by Abdulaziz Alhomaid. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
