Dunningly
Automated overdue invoice reminders for freelancers
Stop manually chasing overdue invoices. Dunningly automatically follows up on unpaid invoices with staged reminder emails built for freelancers and small businesses — without bloated accounting software.
I built Dunningly after noticing how much time freelancers and small businesses spend manually chasing overdue invoices.
Sending the invoice is easy. Following up consistently is the frustrating part.
Most people either forget to follow up, send awkward reminder emails themselves, or end up using accounting software that feels far heavier than what they actually need.
So I built something simpler and more focused.
Dunningly tracks overdue invoices and automatically sends reminder emails over time, helping freelancers, consultants, and small businesses stay on top of collections without the constant manual work.
One thing I cared about while building this was keeping the experience lightweight. Importing invoices is fast, onboarding is simple, and the product stays focused instead of trying to become another bloated finance platform.
The goal is straightforward: help small businesses recover payments faster while spending less time on follow-ups.
Would genuinely love feedback from freelancers, consultants, agencies, or anyone who regularly deals with unpaid invoices.
